I adopt eclectic approach in a respectful, warm, and curious way. I apply psychodynamic approach, CBT, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment psychotherapy to understand you and help manage your distress while cultivating your inner strength. I also provide emotionally-focus couple therapy to improve couple relationship from attachment lens.
