I provide therapeutic support for navigating the emotional waves and challenges of daily life. I believe it is within these daily struggles and challenges of life that our most valuable opportunities for building deeper meaning, fulfillment and resilience can emerge. Taking a strengths-based, humanistic approach to psychological health, I am committed to facilitating a safe and deeply accepting space for you to discover you own unique gifts, resources and wholeness, which you can then integrate consciously into your life, creating more choice, emotional freedom, and flexibility, as you move forward on your chosen path.
I take a creative, integrative, and relational approach to working with individuals, couples, and groups. The foundation of my practice is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy and, more recently, my current training in psychodrama.
I believe in the healing power of relationships. We are social beings. Relationships are where we will experience our deepest wounding, but also our greatest healing. If we work together, I will work to meet you fully where you are, and to be committed to going on this therapeutic journey with you through all of the light and the dark places.

This is an experientially focused supervision group open to all health clinicians as part of their ongoing supervision, personal, and professional development needs. The group enables participants to have a deeply empathetic experience of their clients lives by going fully into their lived experience through action-based group work methods. There are also opportunities to explore how our own personal experiences are interacting in the relationship, and how we can use this awareness to help develop insight and change in the therapeutic relationship.
