Open to exploring, with me ... their world view, how it has shaped life currently and how they would like it to look. Their issues may include relationships (parents, children, partner, divorce, colleagues etc) review and reset, anxiety, depression, self esteem, loss of direction, stuckness, ageing, loneliness, stereotyping. Their needs are typically to belong, be loved and respected with the goal of finding a peaceful heart and meaningful connections.
Becoming unstuck will usually entail a review of life circumstances leading to the present, along with exposing limiting beliefs and behaviours. We’ll also look at where your anchors are that hold you steady as you identify what unstuck looks like and resources needed to get there. We’ll discuss courage and practical incremental steps as well as obstacles.
