Kia ora,
I offer bicultural therapy for anyone moving through grief, exhaustion, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from whānau, wairua, and the care that sustains us. My practice is grounded in kaupapa Māori values, deep listening and restorative kōrero. Together, we untangle heaviness, rekindle insight, and reconnect with purpose while honouring whakapapa and the mauri of your wellbeing. This service is grounded in bicultural therapy, which currently sits outside ACC’s physical treatment criteria. I welcome referrals from EAP and Hauora aligned providers, also offering flexible options for self-funded sessions.
Mauri ora.
I offer bicultural therapy that supports emotional, spiritual, and whānau-centred wellbeing. Through kōrero, we explore grief, stress, trauma, or disconnection. Together, we will restore clarity, shift patterns, and reconnect with purpose while honouring your values and weaving your journey back into the wider story.
Kia ora.
Life can feel heavy, confusing, or unfair, especially when things don’t make sense. Whether you’re feeling stuck, sad, overwhelmed, or just needing space to breathe, I offer a safe place to kōrero. Let us gently explore what is weighing on you and uplift your mauri and mana, together.
Ngā mihi.
