I am a trauma trained counsellor and couples therapist who is dedicated to helping clients work through challenges while feeling heard and validated. I use several counseling modelities including CBT, Narrative, Solution Focused Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and from March this year I will be offering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy for trauma at an introductory price, contact me for more details.
I have experience working with many kinds of issues and challenges but specialize in trauma, anxiety, addictions, and relationship issues.
I offer counselling that is trauma informed, and holistic and tailored to the clients needs and preference.
In my work with couples I provide a non-judgmental and confidential environment to process hard things, improve communication, reduce conflict, and gain new perspectives.
