About
Whether you are experiencing substance abuse problems, other addictions, or are affected by someone else's addiction issues, I can provide you with a fresh perspective on your challenges and work with you to find tools and strategies to help you live the life you want to live. I can also help you if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, family or relationships issues or are just feeling stressed and overwhelmed trying to juggle life's expectations.
Couples Counselling: If you are looking to improve your relationship, trying to recover from an affair, or needing tips on how to get the passion back, I will create a safe and non-judgmental space and ask the questions that enable change to occur.
I have my own experience of alcohol addiction, anxiety and depression, which gives me an understanding of the pain and suffering these experiences bring and knowledge of what is involved in the journey to wellness. I welcome people of all ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations and gender identity.
