Kia ora, I'm Mags. I'm a Mental Health Therapist specialising in Sleep Psychology. I offer assessment and evidence-based treatment for adults experiencing sleep difficulties and mental health challenges. I take a comprehensive approach to uncover the root causes of your sleep issues and tailor support to your unique needs using evidence-based, drug-free therapies.
Specialist areas include: Insomnia, sleep anxiety, mood problems, ADHD, concussion, perimenopause/ menopause and other sleep disorders. I can provide referrals to sleep clinics and obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) testing.
Therapies offered include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT for insomnia (CBT-I) and Nightmares (CBT-N), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy for Insomnia.
I offer both in-person (Wānaka) and online sessions for clients across New Zealand.
