I work with Individuals and Couples. With individuals it is an integrated approach through an attachment/nervous system/trauma lens. With couples, I am a PACT level 2 therapist which layers over how I work with individuals. You will find a safe, non-judgemental and accepting environment where you will have a confidential space to bring whatever you would like to work through at a pace and depth that feels safe to you.
Together we would explore your history, your family of origin, your way of being in relationship (your attachment style) and also any trauma (defining trauma as anything that was too overwhelming to feel alone).
