I'm a Clinical Psychologist registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and a full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society.
I specialise in supporting young people and adults to make sense of what they are experiencing, grow in understanding of themselves, and improve their daily functioning. I enjoy helping people foster self-compassion and gain skills to draw on in challenging times, with the aim of engaging meaningfully with the life they want for themselves. I also provide clinical supervision to other practitioners in my specialist practice areas.

My specialist areas of practice are maternal and perinatal mental health; postpartum adjustment; women’s mental health; intrusive distressing thoughts and OCD using ERP, Inference-Based CBT, and ACT; autism and ADHD. I also work with mood; anxiety; personal identity including gender and sexuality; and skills for regulating emotion and tolerating distress.
I aim to provide a warm, genuine, and accepting therapeutic experience to support clients in their goals and where difficult experiences can be explored in a safe and containing way. My therapeutic style is thoughtful, curious, and engaging. I am also trauma-informed, rainbow-friendly, and neurodivergence-affirming, with lived experience.
