I specialize in Addiction issues, Trauma, Family Violence, Couples Therapy and supporting clients who have Depression and Anxiety. I was privileged to do my degree while working in refugee camps in the middle east. This gave me a lot of experience in trauma, grief counselling, and counselling for those with PTSD, anxiety and depression. I then trained for a 4 year Bachelors of Science in Addiction Counselling with an interest in helping those affected by addiction.After moving to New Zealand I trained in couples counselling and counselling those who have experienced domestic violence.
Ultimately I seek to have a huge tool bag of resources for my clients while seeking to hear their stories well and show them the utmost of respect and care as I can.
