I offer: Psychodynamic psychotherapy (traditional talk therapy), Hakomi mindfulness-centered somatic (mind-body) psychotherapy (similar to Sensorimotor Psychotherapy), Parts work (such as Internal Family Systems), Ecotherapy (psychotherapy involving nature) and Nonviolent Communication mediation.
