Central to my practice is a dedication to nurturing authentic connections and empowering you to discover your inherent strengths. I have been trained in CBT, Person Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy & Strengths-Based Therapy. I have a Bachelor of Counselling and I am a Provisional Member of NZCCA.
