I am an experienced Social Worker, Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years. I work alongside clients who are navigating major life transitions, coping with mental health challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness. I offer in-person sessions in Palmerston North, Hastings, Dannevirke, Wanganui, and Taupō, as well as online sessions via Zoom. Sessions can be scheduled in the morning, after-work. and on Sundays.
