Dr Kelly Kerrisk is a clinical psychologist at Perinatal Psychology - a specialist service for the perinatal period - pre-conception, pregnancy, parenthood and beyond. We specialise in Perinatal Mental Health - this includes ante/post-natal anxiety and depression, perinatal OCD and intrusive thoughts, fertility issues and assisted conception, grief and perinatal loss (including termination), attachment difficulties, early relational health, adoption, and birth trauma, as well as struggles in the adjustment to parenthood. We are supportive of single parents, neurodivergent parents, health professionals, and are LBGTQIA+ friendly.
We believe in therapy being a space where clients feel listened to, empowered, and come to make sense of their experiences. We work collaboratively with clients drawing on a range of evidence-based assessment and therapy approaches to support them in uncovering solutions, accessing their own resources, and achieving meaningful and sustained change.
We have a warm, inclusive, non-judgmental approach. We believe in tailoring our approach to the unique needs of each person and/or whanau.
