It is completely normal to experience and to get stuck in these times or perhaps notice some unhelpful patterns of behaviour. I'm passionate about supporting people to find their way through these times. Together we will explore your world. To help you understand where you are; see different perspectives; and help you find practical solutions; that will initially help you cope and then begin to move forward.

Tēnā koe, I’m Zoe (she/her). I’ve always been drawn to people and spaces that are outside of the mainstream, I value being truly seen and accepted by others, and authenticity is important to me. Before I was a psychologist I had some varied and colourful life experiences, and this informs my open-minded understanding and acceptance of others from many walks of life. I love being able to offer therapy as an affirming space where we can explore all the parts that make you you, as well as working on practical and evidence-based strategies to improve your life and work towards your goals.
