I am a mature practitioner with both life experience and several years of experience in private practice. My background includes overseas postgraduate training in clinical psychology, and I work with New Zealand clients within an NZAC counselling scope.

I believe therapy is more than a set of techniques. A safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship can create space to understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and find different ways of relating to yourself and others.
