During my 17 years in practice, I've come to appreciate people seek therapy for hugely diverse reasons. However I believe a common thread among us all, is the aspiration to be the best version of ourselves possible. It continues to be a profound privilege to walk beside other human beings on this journey. My intention is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel truely seen and heard. I'm dedicated to helping my clients heal and ultimately cultivate a more positive sense of self and feel empowered to effect meaningful change
My primary training is with the Institute of Psychosynthesis NZ, a holistic modality of psychology. Over the years I have continued my professional development specifically in the areas of trauma informed therapy, attachment therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Polyvagal theory, mindfulness and Internal Family Systems
