I am a trained Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist. Psychosynthesis is a holistic, integrative therapeutic approach that honours the whole person — mind, body, feelings and spirit
This approach supports healing from past and present difficulties while encouraging self-discovery and personal growth. I integrate trauma-informed therapy, attachment-based approaches, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems to support symptom relief and nervous system regulation.
