I provide a warm empathetic non-judgemental space for my clients. I work with clients through their problems, and explore their needs and perspectives. I am aware that each client is different and individual, and because of that I work alongside the you to explore the best ways forward for you. I am very client centred in my counselling, within this I will use different ways of working with you, these can include Person Centred Therapy and approaches, Narrative Therapy, ACT, Solution Focused therapy, mindfulness and grounding techniques and Motivational Interviewing.
I have an interest in working cross-culturally and a strong interest in working with those who are neurodiverse. I am an ADHDer, Dyslexic and Dyspraxic and I parent a Autistic and ADHD child . I understand through my life experiences the challenges and rewards parenting those with neurodiversity can bring and have navigated issues.
