The symptoms might be dysfunctional - anxiety, depression, relationship discord or adaptation issues, but they all serve a function.
I am a systems and strategic therapist. I study my clients' behaviour and experiences as part of their different systems. Different techniques are used, derived from different schools of therapy to tailor to my client's needs and process of healing.
