I do one on one, couples and family/ group counselling and supervision. I work with clients from 11+ yrs to adults. Sessions are face to face or online. I do general counselling as well as my special interest areas being Autism/ ASD, ADHD/ ADD, teenagers, couples, post separation or divorce work, grief & loss, Assisted Dying and work-life balance (EAP referrals). I have over 20years experience in counselling and supervision.
I have worked in 4 countries and have worked within a number of cultural communities. I believe we can all use a safe space to talk and work through what life has to offer us on a daily basis to help make things a bit easier to cope with. Session Frequency is to your needs and can vary between face to face and online if needed.
