I am a Registered Psychotherapist and EMDR therapist. I work with adults who may be managing high levels of stress, responsibility, or pressure, alongside challenges such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, burnout, low mood, grief and loss, difficulties with sleep, concentration, or emotional regulation. I hold a Master of Psychotherapy (First Class Honours) and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach for processing trauma and reducing the ongoing impact of stressful or overwhelming experiences.
My approach is culturally sensitive, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in a range of modalities, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR, DBT, and mind–body techniques. I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space to step back from day-to-day demands and reflect on what may be contributing to distress or feeling “stuck.”
My style is warm, attuned, and collaborative, with a focus on creating safety while also supporting meaningful insight and change. I work collaboratively with clients to develop greater self-awareness, understand the impact of past and present experiences, and work through patterns that may feel difficult to shift.
