I support people to understand themselves better through neuroscience and to develop self-compassion. I am dedicated to delivering high quality, evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy, to improve lives of people who experience diverse challenges. I believe applying leading evidence-based psychology and neuroscience, with compassion, is the key.
