I have experience working with issues including anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, relationships, communication difficulties, identity, grief, trauma, faith and spirituality, and neurodiversity. I believe we are all wired for growth and healing and my role is to take a collaborative approach with clients to support them to move towards greater wellbeing
