I’m a psychotherapist passionate about supporting mental and emotional well-being. I specialise in trauma, neurodiversity, and mood related challenges.such as anxiety and depression. I’m particularly interested in supporting mothers. I love discovering what holds a person back from living their dreams and realising their potential . I’m a humanitarian at heart, having had the privilege of working with people from diverse ethnicities from a refugee background. I work with relationship issues including working with couples, as well as supporting people with low self esteem. I practice ecotherapy, where nature assists in the healing!
I practice empathic listening to your narrative, creating a safe space where you can explore your thinking and feelings, making meaning of these. Reaching deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences,bringing psychological freedom and empowerment into your life so you can embrace yourself now and going forward with confidence in who you are.
