Kia ora, ko Lucy tōku ingoa. I’m Lucy (she/her), a Pākehā registered psychologist. My practice has been shaped by work in Kaupapa Māori and community health settings. I support adolescents and adults, and have worked alongside people navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, significant life changes, and chronic health conditions.
In my work, I aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where people can talk openly about what’s going on for them. I view therapy as collaborative and practical, focused on understanding your experiences, identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and building skills to manage difficult thoughts, emotions, and life stressors.
If you’re wondering whether therapy is right for you, I welcome you to get in touch so we can have a brief, no-pressure conversation about what’s been going on for you & what you’re hoping for. From there, we can decide together whether working together feels like the right fit
