I work with individuals and couples navigating challenges in their relationships and sexual lives: differences in desire, difficulty experiencing pleasure, disconnection, communication struggles, and recurring patterns in relationships. Some are trying to repair trust, rebuild intimacy, or reconnect after a period of distance; others are exploring non-monogamy, kink, or new ways of relating. Many arrive not only with a “problem,” but with a feeling that something more is possible. Therapy offers a structured and supportive space to make sense of these experiences and find news ways of moving forward.
I am a sex and relationship therapist and sex educator with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. Our sessions can also be a space for personalised learning, where you can bring questions and explore practical tools that support wellbeing, including mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic approaches.
I work within a clearly defined therapeutic scope and provide referrals when appropriate. I work with adults of all genders and sexual orientations, including LGBTQ+ clients, and offer sessions in English and Portuguese.
I hold a Master of Arts from Brazil, postgraduate training in Positive Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy.
