I am an experienced, social work-trained practitioner who has spent many years walking alongside women in their therapeutic journeys, with a particular interest in supporting the postpartum period. This can be a time of deep change, emotionally, physically, and relationally and I offer a space where you can gently make sense of your experience and reconnect with yourself.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, weaving together different ways of working to support what you need. Alongside this, I also support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, stress and trauma.
The research suggests the quality of connection with me is the best indicator of positive outcomes. Therefore I focus on building a trusting relationship with you, creating a safe space where you feel comfortable and relaxed enough to be able to express and grow.
I will listen carefully to understand what you are wanting and will let you set your own focus and pace.
