I am an ACC registered trauma therapy provider. I am a therapist who has worked in the addiction recovery field since 2001. A high percentage of people suffering with addiction also have experienced trauma, and the use of substance becomes a coping strategy for managing the pain.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as my preferred model of therapy, I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodrama, Transactional Analysis and others.
Each persons therapeutic journey is different, so we will work together to tailor your therapy to your specific needs to create your valued life.
