Kia ora. I’m Justine and I have called Queenstown my home for 25 years and offer private counselling services here in the beautiful Wakatipu. Counselling offers you a space to talk openly about experiences, thoughts and feelings that may be troubling you or that you would like to find solutions to. Through talking, therapy can provide clarity and the opportunity to develop new strategies and ways of working through problems which can lead to an individual feeling more in control and empowered in their life. I would like to walk beside you on this journey.
I work with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, workplace conflict & issues arising from family violence. I work mainly from a person-centred approach which puts you at the centre of the process of creating positive change in your life. I also draw on a number of other counselling modalities using appropriate strategies as needed.
