I am a Counselling Psychologist with a strong commitment to culturally informed and person-centred practice. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where clients are supported to deepen self-awareness, develop new perspectives, reduce distress, and strengthen their capacity to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
I have experience working with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, suicide prevention, crisis management, identity and life transitions, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation. I also work with couples and families, supporting healthier patterns.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and the Bader–Pearson Developmental Model for couples therapy. I tailor my work to each client’s unique context, needs, and goals.
I strive to bring empathy, authenticity, and congruence into my work. My intention is to create a space where clients feel safe to be their true selves, while we work together toward meaningful and sustainable change.
