How incredible you've made the first step and are on this website looking for the person to journey to the next level. Relationship is everywhere...it's what makes the world go round or halts your world. We are in and out of connection with ourselves, our partners/whānau, and environment. I believe we are doing the best we can with the skillset and information we have. Though sometimes our best doesn't seem like its enough or produce the results we desire. Often making changes in life is about getting new tools, adjusting our lens of the world, and adapting our beliefs and behaviors to feel safe to reconnect with possibilities.
As your life coach, we are in this together. I get to be your accountability partner. If you don't follow through with your commitment, we get to lovingly explore what prevented this from happening. We look at beliefs, patterns of behavior, are curious and explore how you can safely experience deeper connections with yourself and others.
I love people. However, I discovered I'd become scared of others. The fears, the stories of unworthiness/unlovablilty/not enoughness/too muchness...I know those voices and the sabotage. I offer techniques, skills & insight to compassionately get to other side where you remember you're worthy and know how to be the fullest version of you in connection.
