As your life coach, we are in this together. I get to be your accountability partner. If you don't follow through with your commitment, we get to lovingly explore what prevented this from happening. We look at beliefs, patterns of behavior, are curious and explore how you can safely experience deeper connections with yourself and others.
I love people. However, I discovered I'd become scared of others. The fears, the stories of unworthiness/unlovablilty/not enoughness/too muchness...I know those voices and the sabotage.
