I have been working as a psychologist for the past 9 years with a range of ages and I’m registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board. I offer a non-judgemental, confidential setting to discuss your concerns. I have experience working with children (ages 6+), adolescents, young adults, and parents with presentations of anxiety, depression, low mood, self-harm, impulse control, self-esteem concerns, motivation challenges, problematic behaviour, and difficulty getting on with others.
I incorporate a range of different, evidence based, therapeutic approaches depending on the concerns you have. Some key therapeutic approaches I utilise are cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and therapeutic play (for children).
