I have over 20 years experience working with people from all walks of life. 18 years with the District Health Board across a range of areas. I have skills and training to work with significant trauma, including sexual and other trauma, identity issues, health and ageing, life changes; to assist you to meet your full life potential. I provide individual and couple counselling all underpinned with the foundational base of Transactional Analysis psychotherapy. I incorporate many other modalities into our therapy.
