My training is person-centered and pluralistic (not a one-size-fits-all). I believe that you are the expert in your own life so I will collaborate with you to address your unique needs and experiences! I utilize evidence-based modalities like PCP, CBT and ACT and draw on these to help you reach your ultimate potential.
During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back.
