My counselling work is built on a safe and trusting relationship. From there, I utilise a variety of therapeutic models to facilitate change for clients. I’m guided by Person Centred Therapy, Child Centred Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy as well as a trauma-informed lens.
