Many people hesitate to seek therapy, thinking, "I don't have it that bad," or "Maybe the therapist will think I shouldn’t be there." With over 20 years in practice, I can assure you, there is never a person who couldn’t benefit from a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life journey. I honor the courage it takes for anyone to embark on the path of self-discovery and healing, creating an opportunity for deeper understanding of who you truly are. Together, we will consider your unique experiences and work to bring peace and clarity to whatever challenges you are facing.
With a gentle, intuitive approach to therapy, and expertise in EMDR, I can help you release trauma and break free from self-limiting beliefs. I also integrate mindfulness, IFS, and somatic healing techniques, all designed to enhance your innate capacity to heal and align with your inner wisdom for a holistic, restorative experience.
I also offer individual/group clinical supervision. Supervision offers a safe space for mindful reflection and expansion of our daily practice, supporting clinicians to strengthen their skills and continue to evolve as practitioners.
Professional development opportunities can be tailored to the needs of your staff, please email for more details.
