The world is a scary, lonely place and we can get through this together. I'm here to help you endure life's challenges so you can reconnect and value yourself and others. I am highly qualified, promote the autonomy of the person and provide an in-dept, up to date approach. My approach, developed from; training in human development, psychotherapy, psychology and mental health, along with an understanding from my own broad, unique, yet rich human experience - that we all have. Sometimes psychological ideas and medication don't quite complete the puzzle. Therefore in our space we work together to liberate the unique you!
I offer experianced, personal, confidential psychotherapy and counselling. Fees $90 per 50 minute individual session. I do not have the facilities for couples therapy.
