My practice is based on a person-centred approach. I adapt my practice depending on each person, what they need and their experiences. I work with all ages, I have a lot of experience with teenagers and young adults but am honoured to work alongside anyone. A few issues I work with anxiety, friendship/relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, grief and loss but I am not limited to these.
