I am a neurodiversity and mental health consultant, and my specialist area is in multidisciplinary Autism assessments for both adults and children . I also provide education, advocacy, therapy , coaching and consultancy for neurodivergent people and those struggling with their mental health. My service delivery would usually be a blended approach, for example this could include elements from a range of modalities such as skills coaching, DBT, and ACT. This ensures a well rounded delivery of neurodiversity affirming, trauma informed , therapy and support.
I have the unique perspective of being able to combine lived and professional experience. This allows me to utilise the theory, in a way that I can truly relate and understand individual differences.
My work is inspired by experience of un-affirming systems of care, and it is my goal to help promote neurodiversity affirming, trauma -informed understanding, acceptance, and inclusion around neurodiversity and mental health. I promote strengths based practice in order to deliver excellent person-centred care , and support to those navigating the process.
