Please note: I am unavailable from 4th July until 19th January 2026.
I offer lower-cost online counselling via Zoom or phone, so you can access support from wherever you are. I have weekend and evening availability for those juggling full-time work or other commitments. If you are looking for something different, I aim to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I want to support you to build a life you love, whether you're facing challenges with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationships or life decisions. These are my specialties, but I welcome anyone needing guidance and a space to be heard.
I use Solution-Focused Counselling, Person-Centred Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools to help you navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself. Together, we will work towards your personal goals.
Talk as much or as little as you like—there’s no pressure. I’ll work with you to understand your concerns and goals at your own pace. Some clients feel better after just one session, while others find ongoing support more helpful. It all depends on what you're facing. No matter how big or small your worries feel, they are worth talking about.
