Kia ora, I'm Fabian. Whatever your goals, you are welcome to a therapeutic conversation with me to overcome big or small problems and improve the quality of your life. We often discuss the root of issues rather than the symptoms. Due to my background, males of all ages, people from minority cultures, and those who defy 'normal' tend to be comfortable relating with me.
I specialise in helping people improve their relationships, build a sense of self, overcome trauma, organise overthinking (resulting in depression and anxiety), and achieve work/home/life balance, etc. I work collaboratively with youth and adults individually, and also offer couples and family therapy.
A counselling session is all about your stories and not about mine. I am trained to suspend all biases and opinions from sessions. I choose to take an optimistic perspective about people. I welcome a brief phone call so I can introduce myself and address any concerns you may have. That might give you a chance to see if I am a good fit for you.
