It brings me joy to support people to be the best version of themselves. I believe we are all capable of growing and developing at any stage of life and it can be tremendously beneficial to talk with a trained professional when navigating significant life changes. It would be my pleasure to walk with you through these difficult times and help you live your best life. Compassionate Psychology believes it is important for people to feel they always have choices and are provided with informed consent before engaging with services. PLEASE NOTE: ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE CURRENTLY OFFERED VIA ZOOM due to current restrictions.
Compassionate Psychology offers psychology input for ACC clients who may be struggling with mental well-being as a result of a physical injury. Private referrals for adolescents and adults are welcome and accepted on a 'good fit' basis between Compassionate Psychology and the client.
When life becomes overwhelming and we have exhausted all of the tools in our survival kit, it can be incredibly helpful to sit down with a trusted professional who can help. There are many unsettling things happening in the world we currently live in and it would be my pleasure to help you navigate the stormy seas.
