About
Hi, I'm a qualified counsellor, a registered member of New Zealand Association of Counsellors. I have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of interpersonal and social issues and have a strong inner desire to contribute to the welfare of others by empowering them to develop and reach their full potential.
I have experience in counselling couples and individuals, through a wide range of issues such as, relationships, personal growth, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, addictions, parenting, blended family issues and a wide range of other life challenges.
We all experience difficulties at times in our lives that cause us to struggle, lose hope and feel like our life is out of control. I believe it is possible to gain the strength needed to face our issues, the hope to move forward and the balance to feel in control of our lives again. Counselling can assist in helping you to overcome life’s hurdles.
