My work is grounded in psychodynamic & somatic therapy, so we explore the deeper patterns shaping how you relate to yourself, others, and life. Alongside my current ANZAP psychotherapy training, I have an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality & Transpersonal Psychology. Both help me support you in questions of meaning, identity, trauma, and spiritual emergence.
Turning toward deeper questions can feel vulnerable, and it takes courage to seek support. I offer a thoughtful, steady space where you can explore what has shaped you and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been lost, hidden, or which never had the right space to develop.
