Together, we'll explore what's important to you, recognise your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. My aim is to help you build insight, resilience, and confidence as you move towards the life you want to live.
Therapy sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs on the day. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and sand tray therapy, to support healing and growth.
My aim is to provide a safe space where you feel heard and supported. Funding available.
