Sometimes we all need space to reflect on what’s going on or to talk with someone outside our immediate circle. Therapy is a confidential space that can help you to develop the insight and skill you need to work through difficult or challenging experiences and find ways to live a life with greater resilience and purpose. My approach is empathetic, warm and non-judgemental. I work flexibly and collaboratively with my clients and believe in tailoring therapy to meet their individual needs.
I can support you with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, family & friendship issues and emotional distress. In sessions I draw on a range of different evidence based therapeutic approaches including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
Beginning therapy can be a scary and overwhelming step to take. Your are welcome to give me a call or email me for a chat to see if I am the right fit for you or to book in a session.
