Even if that's messy, raw, and real. My work centres around helping women navigate pertinatal mental health, motherhood, identity shifts, body image, and the pressures we often carry silently. Whether you’re adjusting to life after birth, struggling with food and body image, or simply feeling lost in the overwhelm of daily life, I offer compassionate, down-to-earth approach that meets you where you’re at.
