I am currently only working with women and am passionate about supporting and empowering them towards their authentic selves. Taking steps on your growth journey is a sometimes challenging but deeply rewarding way of valuing and prioritising yourself so it's important to find a good fit. I'm a compassionate, warm, friendly and dedicated person who is committed to growth. We are at our best and most authentic when we feel safe and seen, and meaningful connection helps us in deepening a greater awareness of self. My formal training is across the areas of psychotherapy, social work and existential counselling, providing a broad perspective.
My background has involved supporting ACC clients on their rehabilitation journey, providing vocational training, facilitating both group and individual psychotherapy programmes in prisons and the community, working in child, family and adolescent mental health settings and attending numerous trainings and workshops through both work and independently.
