I have always had a passion and desire to help people become the best versions of themselves. I enjoy being the listening ear and the calm place people can come to and just be and share their struggles, but not only that, also celebrate their victories and I count this as a privilege. I have a passion for identity work, as well as a wide range of other areas including but not limited to working with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, stress and time management, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence issues.
I work with young people and adults, men and women like you. I would love to support you in flourishing and living your best life, without baggage from the past holding you back. I offer counselling in both English and Afrikaans. My approach is integrative, combining a range of skills, experience and modalities to support each individual's needs.
It is important to me to create and provide a safe space for you to come as you are. Life can be hard but we don't have to walk it alone. I would love to support you. I aim to listen deeply so that you can know you are understood, valued, heard and accepted to allow you to step out confidently, understanding yourself better, and knowing that you matter.
