We all experience times in life when things are just too much and feel too hard to deal with on our own. It can be hard to talk to friends and family as often there can be an agenda. Counselling is a space where you can be you, without any judgement, and I believe the hard times in life teach us the most. Counselling is my passion and I enjoy giving people the opportunity to have a space to look at issues without being judged. I believe many people have not had the opportunity to really experience being listened to, this can enable you to create great changes in your life.
